The administration, faculty, and staff are the reasons why Notre Dame is successful in the ministry of education.  This group of diverse and dedicated educators is committed to promoting the development of each child.  Our faculty understands that education is an on-going process and continues to pursue their personal and professional development in both academic and spiritual settings. The entire teaching staff is certified and required to follow the Pennsylvania state guidelines of furthering their educational development.   Our faculty uses their gifts and talents to enhance extracurricular activities for their students.  One can sense that being an educator in our parochial school is a Christian vocation, not merely a professional pursuit.
